When you book a call via our website, we collect your name and email address through Calendly. We do not collect any other personal data directly on this website.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) when you voluntarily submit your information to book a call, and on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in responding to your enquiry.

Your name and email are used solely to schedule and conduct the booked call, and to follow up on your enquiry. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

We use Calendly to manage meeting bookings. Calendly acts as a data processor on our behalf. Please refer to Calendly's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Enquiry data is typically retained for up to 12 months.
